[Incorrect items & Defective products]
If you feel that the item you received is incorrect or defective, please e-mail us (firstname.lastname@example.org) a photo of the product, our invoice and the full package within 10 days after the products are received. We shall discuss a solution. Please note that if the contact is made 10 days after the products are received, return and exchange of the products are not available for any reason. Only unopened products can be returned. If you return the product without contacting us in advance, no service will be available, nor will any refund be made.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations or change of mind on any ors. Please make sure you review your order carefully before purchasing.
We do not accept to refuse your parcel in any cases. We STRONGLY recommend that you collect your parcel.
[Return due to mistakes on the customers’ side]
Return, exchange or refund due to order mistakes cannot be accepted. Please note that opened products or products found not suited to your preference cannot be returned and exchanged. We hope that you will understand the situation from a quality control standpoint.
We expect our customers to track your items with extra attention and extreme caution. If the items get lost by postal service then we are not responsible for it in case that the tracking records show that the product has left the Japan and it is somewhere else in the destination country. Please contact with the postal service to make a claim to your items. We shall arrange reshipping as soon as we get the report from the postal service.
If items get returned to us due to a failure of delivery because of wrong address information provided by the customer, the customer must pay for extra fees for reshipping.
When you don’t get any shipping notification from our company, please inform us by e-mail (email@example.com). Please allow up to 4 weeks for this process after your announcement.
After confirmation of your payment for the order, usually we will ship the products within 7 days.
We will do all we can to ensure your order gets to you quickly, however there are times when this is out of our control, please be patient as we will ensure you receive your purchased items.
We do not take responsibility for the delay by postal issues or by customs house.
[Broken and Damaged products during delivery]
This is very rare as all items are packaged extremely well, however if you do receive a damaged or broken item please report for the postal service and also e-mail us (firstname.lastname@example.org) a photo of the product, our invoice and the full package so we can arrange a re-shipment. Please inform us within 10 days after you have received the product. If it is after 10 days of receiving the product, we will not take responsibility of the product.
[International VAT & Charges]
While most countries we ship to do not charge any taxes or duties, please note that we are not responsible for those fees and charges. Please check the situation in your country in advance.
